Ken Hodgeson is Founder and President of Thin Blue Line Ministries International  a nonprofit organization working with police, military and government officials, to help children who are victims of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. (more)

Dale Hodgeson, Vice-President
Dale Hodgeson has 30 years experience in the Corporate Environment managing people. He is a Father, Husband, and Leader.  Dale has spent six years in ministry work including leading men's groups and couple's groups in Phoenix and Tucson, speaking at men's retreats, and teaching Sunday school at his local church.  With Thin Blue Line Ministries Dale functions as the Vice-President and travels to Honduras working and training police, leading team members in devotions, and ministering at the orphanage and girl's home. Has received training from Mars Hill Seminary in coping with sexual abuse.  Dale lives in Tucson Arizona with his wife and 2 children.

Katie Wiening, Secretary
Katie is the acting Secretary on the Thin Blue Line Board. She is a college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She is currently a Case Manager at a homeless shelter in Phoenix. She is actively involved in her community and volunteers with Jr. High students. She has done service projects in Haiti and Mexico and desires to help improve the quality of life for people who are in need.

Kristie Gillespie, Treasurer
Kristie became a member of the Board in December 2007 and currently serves as Treasurer.  She has a background in bookkeeping and has had a career in the medical field for the past 14 years.  She enjoys concurrently functioning as a board member of a nonprofit organization for women in need.

Sonja Blea, Int'l Director
Sonja Blea, board member since 2004 and is International Director. She served as a missionary in Guatemala for eight years and currently is a secretary at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.

Colleen Holman, Member
Colleen brings more than 15 years of corporate management experience to the board of TBLM.  In her 15 years, she traveled throughout the United States and Canada, meeting with State and federal regulators and speaking to groups and organizations.  In 2001 she made a life change and left the corporate sector to begin working with ministry organizations. Colleen along with 5 other women founded Safe Harbor House; a non profit ministry that provides a home and healing to abused women.  Colleen also teaches classes to the local community on preventing childhood sexual abuse. She Supports the work of the President of TBLM and is working towards fund-raising and grant writing. Colleen lives in Phoenix Arizona.
